Civil Engineer Needed for Sacramento California Project

I am seeking a civil engineer for a small project in Sacramento CA. The City has requested updates related to grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control, which fall outside the scope of our structural engineer.

We’re looking for a local engineer—preferably someone familiar with Sacramento’s development standards and utility requirements—who can help with:
✅ Addressing grading and drainage corrections, including cross-sections, elevations, and flow drainage arrows.
✅ Ensuring the CMU wall doesn’t obstruct natural drainage flow and determining if weep holes are necessary.
✅ Verifying compliance with the City’s erosion and sediment control guidelines.
✅ Coordinating any required easements or off-site runoff solutions with the Department of Utilities.
✅ Potential on-site visit, if needed, to assess existing services/utilities.
