Civil Engineer Las Vegas

My name is Cristen, I'm a recruiter looking to fill a Production Engineer Position in Las Vegas.
Here are some of the key qualifications I are looking for:
1. Up to 5 years experience in Land Development
2. EIT or PE
3. 2+ years experience with Civil 3D
4. Knowledge of commercial project design

Some of the duties include:
· Works under the direct supervisor of a Project Manager
· Determines gravity loads
· Performs basic calculations for gravity system calculations for floors, walls, and foundations
· Performs basic calculations for lateral system calculations for shear walls, hold downs, and foundations
· Performs basic calculations for wood/steel and wood ledger design
· Determines seismic loads for non-structural elements per ASCE-7
· Determines components and cladding wind loads for elements per ASCE-7
· Performs column base plate designs
· Details redlines for review
· Use various structural software programs in performing calculations
· Prepares bolt, nail, lag bolt and shot pin designs
· Maintains project files and documentation
