Civil Engineer to Design & Stamp Slab on Grade Foundation for Storage Unit Project

I am looking for a civil engineer that can engineer a slab (on grade) for one 45' x 270' and one 30' x 120' building (I have the building plans). My city requires an engineered slab. If you are able to provide a stamped engineered slab and drainage plan for my commercial storage unit project in Chisholm, Minnesota (USA), please bid for the job. My city requires the plan to be stamped by an engineer. Please let me know what type of ground/soil/elevation information you will need as well. Thank you!
