We are looking to build an 18,500 square-foot climate controlled self storage facility on 6 acres of property on Curry Road in Oak Ridge Texas. This is in Montgomery county outside of the city limits. We are interested in rates and fees, as well as what is included in the site plan and preliminary plans. I also need to know if this area requires a fire sprinkler system or firewalls?
