Civil Engineer 12D

I'm looking for an experienced civil engineer to help me get up to date on 12D software. This software is used for the design and analysis of large-scale civil engineering projects and I'm looking for someone who can provide me with guidance on how to use it. Specifically, I need assistance with the design of urban civil engineering projects. No design brief or ideas are available at the moment, as I'm starting this project from scratch. The successful candidate should be well-versed in 12D software and have considerable experience in the civil engineering of urban projects.
