Civic Engineer for Grading Plan
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I have a small lot in Valley Springs, CA. I need assistance on getting a grading plan. Probably a topography survey and a soil report as well. I don't know if I need those, but I guess that's why I'm here. To seek help.
The lot is on a downslope and it's about 3/4 of an acre. I'm just trying to level 3000 square feet to build a house and a driveway. I've attached the front and overview of how the house will be position. I also have the complete blue print of the house if it's required.
