Christchurch Building Consent Submission

I need a proper engineered document of building materials, floor plan and report. The project is for a residential building. Initial floor plans are available.

The following documents are needed:
- Structural analysis report
- Material specification sheet
- Environmental impact assessment

Ideal skills and experience:
- Background in engineering and architecture
- Experience with building consent in Christchurch
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations in New Zealand
- Ability to work with provided floor plans and ensure compliance with local building codes
