Carpark & Stormwater Plan Design

I'm in need of a civil engineer to design a small commercial use carpark, with less than 50 parking spaces, and to set up a traditional piped stormwater management system for a project based in Victoria.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically designing compact carparks
- Extensive knowledge on traditional piped stormwater management systems
- Abreast with local council rules and regulations in Victoria

Scope of the job includes:
Civil engineering design including:
- General Arrangement plan including design contours/levels
- Carpark Long Sections, cross sections (as required) & typical pavement sections - item 12
- Stormwater Long Sections & Calculations - item 13
- Stormwater Catchment Plans
- Soil & Water Management Plan
- Stormwater Detention Details
- Bulk Earthworks Plan
- Adherence to local council guidelines

The provision of required documentation for local council approval is envisaged. It is essential that the successful candidate possesses a keen eye for details and can deliver a practical, efficient design within a reasonable timeline.
