Canyon Townhomes 1

Have 6 to 8 acres and own additional 20 more in a hilly area, with topo and basic geology in a digital format. Would like to create a basic site plan with entrance road and potential pad sites for Condos or Townhomes. At this point I would like to turn it over to a builder and let the builder decide their own product to build. Basic yardage should be guessed. Knowledge of development is a plus.
