Calculating wind pressure.

I need to,know, when we have a wind pressure of 91,6kg/m² when a panel is mounted upwards 90°, how much the wind pressure will be in an angle of 30° and 40°. Wind can pass under the plate with e free area under the plate of 20cm. Each row is standing 3 meter from each other. Expeting that wind come from south, what pressure will be on first row and the other rows. expecting the wind comes from then north, what pressure will be on the rows than.
