CAD As-Built Drawings for Wastewater Facility

CAD Technician / Designer – As‑Built Drawings (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
We are seeking an experienced CAD professional to develop a full set of as-built DWG drawings for a completed blower and electrical upgrade project at a wastewater facility. The work requires producing a professionally coordinated, engineering-quality drawing package reflecting actual field conditions - not simple redline drafting.
Scope:
Revise existing DWG files based on provided as-built review comments, redlines, and survey data.
- Update civil/site layouts for piping, supports, and equipment locations.
- Reflect actual installed conditions for structural platforms, mechanical piping, and electrical setups.
- Use dedicated layers and color coding to differentiate original vs as-built conditions.
- Ensure all drawings are to scale and match final PDF submissions.
- Deliver a complete as-built DWG package and a matching PDF drawing set.
- Produce clean, organized CAD file structure with layers, Xrefs, and standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience drafting in AUTOCAD
Experience with Civil / Site Plans
Experience producing record drawings / as-builts
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Industrial / utilities / wastewater projects
Electrical and SCADA layouts
NOTE:
Candidate MUST SPEAK, READ and WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
Project Duration Maximum of 4 - 5 weeks.
