Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need to have building plans for my project to be approved by City of Burbank. - 1. Building Plan to build a 1000 sq ft - 3 bedroom 2 bath ADU in the backyard. 2. Building Plan to add ~500 sq ft - 3 bedroom 2 bath and a laundry to the rear of the existing house .
The project will require a CA professional engineer's stamp in order to get the Archi Plan, Structural Plan, calculations and T24 approved by City of Burbank.
