Building Plans for an ADU, and a house extension in Southern California
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I want to build a 3 bedroom 2 bath (1000 sq ft) ADU in the back yard, and add about ~500 sq ft to the front house. I want both to be cost effective - maximize the size of rooms, and minimize the cost of construction.
