I need someone to take a look at my building and give me a professional 1 page report with issues found in the structure and the seriousness of the findings. I have 20000 square feet but the first project would be 1500 square feet and if I am happy with the results, we will move on to the rest of the building. The first 1500 is exposed brick with no ceiling, so everything is exposed. I need a structural engineer that performs this type of work.
