Brisbane Subdivision Design Update
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I already have survey data and preliminary drawings for a small Brisbane-based subdivision. I now need those files refined into a concise, build-ready concept that covers both the subdivision layout and its key infrastructure.
Scope
• Clean up the lot arrangement so it satisfies local council codes.
• Draft a basic infrastructure plan that shows internal roads, kerb lines, sewer, water and stormwater corridors, plus indicative earthworks levels and cross-sections.
• Deliver a compact drawing set (DWG + PDF) and a short design note explaining key assumptions and standards referenced.
Resources provided
• Current CAD files and full topographic survey.
• Any council checklists already gathered.
What I’m looking for
• Solid land development experience, preferably in SE-Qld.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, 12d, or similar.
• Ability to turn the above into a clear, presentation-ready concept within a week.
No new field work is required; this stage is strictly a tidy-up and basic infrastructure blueprint suitable for pre-lodgement discussions.
