Boutique Hotel Grading & Drainage
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience working on projects in the U.S. to develop a Precise Grading Plan as well as corresponding drainage reports for a boutique hotel project in California to be built on a 3.3 acre vacant lot.
Stage 1: Grading & DWG Production (7 Days)
• Prepare site grading plans to ensure proper elevation adjustments.
• Develop CAD drawings (DWG format) for grading and initial drainage layout.
• Ensure compliance with city slope and elevation regulations.
• Integrate ADA-compliant access points into the grading design.
• Client feedback & modifications before finalizing grading plans.
Stage 2: Drainage Reports & Submission (7 Days)
• Select optimal stormwater retention solutions (permeable pavers, modular stormwater chambers, impervious concrete, linear slot drains).
• Develop stormwater drainage hydrology calculation reports for 1-hour, 3-hour, 6-hour, and 24-hour retention periods (100-year storm event).
• Generate Stormwater Quality Management Plan (SWQMP) for city compliance.
• Generate Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for city compliance.
• Submit final drainage reports and work with city officials for approval.
• Address city review comments and make necessary adjustments.
Attached are the CAD files for the Survey as well as the Site Plan. Both CAD files are in excellent condition. And we will be deploying new techniques for stormwater management using crates to replace detention ponds - all designs will be provided by the supplier to assist with the effort.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
