Boundary Survey under One Acre
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a professional boundary survey carried out on a parcel that is just under one acre. The sole objective is boundary determination, so the work must clearly establish every corner, line, and turning point of the lot with legal accuracy.
In addition to marking the limits, please set a permanent datum point referenced to a known benchmark, with its elevation stated in metres above mean sea level. This datum will be used for any future height work on the property.
Deliverables
• Certified survey plan showing all boundary bearings, distances, and the new datum point.
• Digital files (DWG and PDF) plus a coordinate list in CSV.
• On-site placement of durable boundary markers and one clearly labelled datum peg.
Acceptance criteria
• Closure error within state cadastral tolerances.
• Datum tied to a recognised survey mark or GNSS solution with supporting report.
• All data and drawings delivered within the agreed timeframe.
