Blueprint for Cantilever T-Shaped Shear Key Retaining Walls in Steeply Slope Incline Land

Job ID: 38648826

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Project Summary:  SITE PLAN AND RETAINING WALL DRAWINGS ARE DONE BUT INCORRECT.  BOTH NEED CORRECTION.
::  Please review ALL attachments.

+++ DELIVER DWG and PDF files in ARCH D 24" x 36" format, Scale is 1/4 inch = 1 foot +++

TASK 1 -  REVIEW City's land topography and confirm the site plan (DWG) file drawing is correct.
a.  If Site Plan drawing is not correct, a new site plan needs to be created.
b.  After new Site Plan is created, confirm the retaining walls placements are correct in relation to land slope/contour.  Do I need all 4 retaining walls?
::  WRONG Retaining Walls are shown in Site Plan - they are too massive (either too high and/or too wide) for a residential building.
c.  Do a Cross Section of the 1 acre showing the 3 buildings AND Retaining Walls.

Task 2 - CREATE a Cantilever T-Shaped Shear Key Retaining Wall BLUEPRINT / Plan with Load and Materials Calculations

This task WILL NOT BE COMPLETE unless ALL shown in Task1.jpg is done for each of the 4 retaining walls within the 1 acre as shown in Site Plan.

a. REDRAW the Retaining Walls in Site Plan with proper DIMENSIONS (Width, Height and Length) for RESIDENTIAL Building on CLAY SOIL.
i.  This will be both 2D and 3D drawings.
ii.  Decide if location is correct for the retaining wall showing near the 4 HVAC units located next to Garage Building Ground floor, same level as Main Building.
iii. Determine the dimensions of the Retaining Wall based on the design loads and soil conditions.
iv.  Need precise length and exterior wall thickness
v.  Include proper drainage and waterproofing in Wall drawings.

TASK 3 - CREATE a Footing plan for each of the FOUR Retaining Wall with correct depth wall footing.

This task WILL NOT BE COMPLETE unless ALL Task2.jpg is done for each of the 4 retaining walls.
a. Keep in mind this land is CLAY SOIL and steeply sloped (incline) so show proper slope stability measures
b. Be sure to include any structural reinforcements needed, for example, Geogrid reinforcement.
c. Include Shear Key in wall design to prevent wall sliding.
d. Is an anchoring system (soil nails) needed?

TASK 4 - Do Materials calculation for each of the Retaining Walls after determining the wall's square footage. It is the material calculations that I will use to get the cost to build the retaining walls.
a.  How much sand and/or gravel for each wall?
     What about for backfill compaction?
b.   How much concrete for each wall?
c.   What size rebar(s) and how many for each wall? - state which are top and bottom main bars, bottom and top distribution bars, l-shaped retaining walls bars, straight bars
d.   What size and length of drainage pipes?
       How many drainage pipes?
e.   What kind of waterproofing should be used and how much waterproofing for each wall?
