Basement entrance below grade
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have a house that has a below grade entrance that has existed for 20 years. I now require a professional engineer to approve retaining wall and frost protection. I have removed stairs so that 2 inch styrofoam under bottom landing is visible.
