AutoCAD Civil 3D Expert for Site Development
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D 2021 or newer expert to assist with creating construction drawing packages for site development projects. The focus will be on grading and drainage, utilities layout, and roadways and sidewalks. You should be able to interpret survey data, including topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys, as well as geotechnical information and civil specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2021 or newer
- Experience with construction drawing packages for site development
- Ability to interpret and utilize topographic, boundary, and as-built survey data
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utilities layout, and roadways
- Detail-oriented with a focus on creating clean, editable files
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under milestone-based deadlines
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in civil engineering projects, particularly in site development
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data
- Efficient workflow management to meet deadlines
