AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter Needed

Title: AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter for US Land Development Work (Long Term)

Looking for an experienced Civil 3D drafter to support production drafting on US land development projects. Work includes residential subdivisions, road plans, grading sheets, utility plans, plat updates, and US county permitting comment-response cycles.

You should have:
- 3+ years AutoCAD Civil 3D production experience
- Solid command of sheet sets, XREFs, plot styles, layout space
- Decent written English
- Reliable and consistent - this is real deadline work
- Willing to sign a basic NDA

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with WSDOT, AASHTO, or US county standards
- Subdivision / land development drafting experience
- Past comment-response work on US permit submissions

How it works:
- I handle all engineering judgment, client interface, and final QA
- You handle production drafting under daily direction
- 3-5 hrs/day, flexible timing
