Australian BCA Compliance Consultation

I’m looking for a Chartered Structural or Civil Engineer registered in Australia to give professional, NCC-focused advice on a project that falls under Classes 2, 3 and 9. Right now I don’t need full structural drawings or inspections—what I need is targeted consultation that ensures every detail of our concept design will satisfy the current National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards and any state-specific amendments.

Here’s what I expect from our collaboration:
• A series of remote or in-person consultation sessions (we can agree on the format) where you review the design intent and flag any compliance risks early.
• A concise written summary after each session outlining required code provisions, reference clauses and recommended actions so my design team can implement them immediately.
• Availability for quick follow-up questions as the documentation evolves, to keep us on track for building approval.

Experience with multi-storey residential (Class 2), short-stay or hotel (Class 3) and assembly/institutional (Class 9) facilities is essential. If you hold CPEng, NER or RPEQ registration please mention it, as that will streamline future certification stages.
