Architect/Engineer to produce a House Plan

I have recently completed a property boundary survey and topography mapping. I want to build a single-family home, on a .85-acre lot. I want to complete the following: Structural placement of the house, site grading, drainage, utility, and roadway placement as well as a home design for a 2000 sq. ft home with 2 2-car side garage, that includes electrical, plumbing placement, and materials list (if possible). I have survey files in the following formats, TIF, TFW, and DWG, and I will share them after an initial conversation. I know the number of rooms, sizes, roofing type, etc. The task is time-sensitive, and the preference is for a freelancer not to juggle multiple
projects.
