load bearing wall removal
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am seeking a structural engineer to consult on and approve the removal of a load bearing wall in my unit. I live on the ground floor of a two story complex. The interior wall is concrete and the exterior walls are double brick. I have attached a sketch from the engineer who consulted on the removal of my neighbors wall.
