Alabama PE Stamp and CBMPP Review
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Alabama to finalize two documents so my small ice-vending-machine installation can clear county review.
The job
The physical work is minimal—pouring a 12.5' × 10' concrete pad on an existing gravel “U-Sell” lot, running power and water to it, and adding a 3' × 3' buried infiltration pit for condensation. Because the disturbance is tiny, I have already drafted both required submittals and prepared a detailed site plan that I can share immediately.
Your role
• Review my completed “no stormwater improvements required” letter, make any wording tweaks you consider necessary for compliance, and sign/stamp it.
• Review the drafted Construction Best Management Practices Plan, adjust anything you feel is needed, then sign/stamp that as well.
I will provide the site plan, draft letter, and draft CBMPP as soon as we get started. Final deliverables should return to me as sealed PDFs ready for county upload.
Must-haves: Alabama PE license and the ability to apply a digital or wet stamp acceptable to local reviewers. Quick turnaround is appreciated; the rest of the permitting package is waiting on these two sealed documents.
Thanks for your consideration.
