Agricultural Storage Shed

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I'm seeking an experienced structural engineer to design a skillion roof from commonly available steel components in Australia (e.g. C section, Z section). The structure will be supported by two 20 foot shipping containers at each end (4 in total) end on end (12 meter width). Steel columns (posts) will be attached to the corner casings of the shipping containers to support the roof. Roof height above shipping containers is 1.9m. Part of the design brief is to achieve a roof span of 12m if possible to set of steel columns between the shipping containers (see diagram), making the space between the shipping container 24m. The structure is for storage of farm equipment and will have a concrete foundation. Timeline for completion is 14 days. My preference is for the freelancer to design a 'rough' solution to present to me (this could be hand-drawn sketches) and, once approved, then prepare the structural plans including steel posts, roofing and concrete foundations. The building will be build in Queesland, Australia (no snow load).
