citrix twain setup help

I am in need of someone who can help me troubleshoot an issue I am having with setting up Citrix TWAIN to scan documents in a mac environment. The specific problem I am facing is that scanning is not working as expected. I am currently using a specific scanning software and the make and model of my scanner is 'Other'. I'm looking for someone who is familiar with this type of setup and can help me get it running properly.
