Citrix VDI Issue Resolution

I need assistance with a Citrix Virtual App & Desktop issue. After changing to a new server certificates, the users can log in BUT... DO NOT see any VDIs in their session.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Citrix Virtual App & Desktop, especially with certificate management.
- Familiarity with XenCenter, specifically version 7.03.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve VDI visibility issues post-login.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Citrix certification is a plus.
- Background in Windows Server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Windows Active Directory & Domain Services / AD CS / IIs / DNS
