I want some one to come inspect my network fortigate working as a router cisco switches and cisco wireless controler to limit bandwidth to wifi

I am in need of an experienced network specialist for a large-scale project. Currently, I am experiencing slow internet speeds, and I need someone to come inspect my network, which is comprised of a Fortigate router, Cisco switches, and Cisco wireless controller to limit the bandwidth of my wifi. The level of expertise required is an expert level, as this is a fairly complex network.
