router configurning and maintaining system

I’m looking for a skilled expert in router configuration and maintenance to help me manage my network. I need assistance with setting up VLANs and routing protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, updating firmware and security patches, monitoring devices, as well as remote control of devices and full control over devices. This will be an ongoing task that would require assistance once a week., but could also be available on a one time basis. The router type I need help with is Cisco, Netgear, and D-Link.
