Vmware ESXi 6.7 Networking Issue -- 2

I have been facing issues while interfacing ESXi 6.7 with Cisco Switches. Only the first interface is working which is all called the management interface out of 4 physical interfaces of the server.
All 3 interfaces are showing UP but no connectivity with switch VLANs.
