Virtual Tech Support for Diverse System
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My company requires a tech-savvy individual to lend us a helping hand. We mainly need support for our 3CX (12 extensions), Sophos Firewall (10 laptops, security cameras), and administration for Gmail. You will also be providing general technical support and backup for our 10 laptops.
This job requires at the minimum:
- Intermediate knowledge in 3CX, Sophos Firewall, and Gmail administration
- Experience in technical support
- Ability to perform tasks in less than 5 hours per week
- Any relevant certifications are definitely a bonus
