we are a WatchGuard House and a CISCO consulting house. We are pivoting to becoming an MSP. We are looking for someone who can help us remotely manage the devices and the networks. However, we need you to be certified as a WatchGuard and CISCO engineer. If you do not have these certs, we will supply you with a studying material and expect you to pass these exams under our banner and we will re-imburse you for 20 study hours and pay for the exams.
the work will be intermittent in the beginning but expect to stabilize in about 6 months.
Here's what I need:
- **Network Design & Setup**: Skillfully create both wired and wireless network infrastructures tailored to my office space, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- **Network Security**: Implement robust security protocols to protect my network from potential threats, including setting up firewalls and secure VPN connections for remote access.
- **Troubleshooting Expertise**: Diagnose and resolve any network issues efficiently, maintaining optimal operation with minimal downtime.
- **Device Connectivity**: Connect and properly configure less than 10 devices to the network, ensuring each device's compatibility and performance.
