Urgent Network Support Help
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m facing recurring connectivity and performance issues across my small-office network and need a technician who focuses specifically on network support to step in quickly. The job is entirely remote: you’ll connect to my environment, pinpoint the root cause of dropped connections and sluggish speeds, and then apply a clean, documented fix.
Here’s what I expect:
• A thorough diagnostic session covering routers, switches, and current cabling layout (where traceable from afar).
• Implementation of configuration changes or firmware updates that restore stable throughput.
• A concise report outlining the problem, the steps you took, and any preventive recommendations.
Experience with common SMB hardware (Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, or similar) and standard troubleshooting toolsets—packet capture, traceroute, SNMP monitoring—is essential. If you can begin as soon as we agree on access details and finish in one sitting, that’s ideal.
Once complete, I’ll test the network for 24 hours to confirm stability before signing off.
