Update our network needs in 13 physical stores in South Florida

I need someone to update our network in 13 stores so that all our computers and internet are working as smooth, fast and efficient as possible. This will require testing Cat 5 lines for integrity. Determining if each computer is capable of handling the newer needs of our POS. Installing a new rack with updated switch, routers, and battery back. As well as determining if it makes sense to move our hardware over to a VPN. This person will work alongside our IT support that is handled out of state. This project does have flexibility as to how soon it needs to be completed but the IT consultant must live in south Florida since our stores cover both the southeast and southwest part of Florida.
