Ubiquiti DR7 VLAN Configuration

I'm looking for assistance in configuring a Ubiquiti DR7 router with two VLANs: one for customers and one for staff.
Requirements:
- Customers should have access to certain printers and their own laptops/mobiles.
- Staff should have access to all printers and secure access to our POS system.
I can create a basic network diagram, but I might need guidance to set it up.
