TELCO Fiber-Optic Network Engineer

I'm looking for a professional (Professional Engineer Certified / Licensed in TEXAS) TELCO engineer based in Texas to REVIEW and VALIDATE: Network Diagrams, Topology, design and implementation Project plans (cost and Schedule) for a hybrid fiber-optic, RF (wireless) and and Satellite network for Public use by ISP developer. My company has TELCO engineers and we are doing the design, but they are from out of STATE in TEXAS. TEXAS requires validation and endoesement of Network designs by a TEAXS Registered / Licensed P.E.
Key requirements include:
- Comprehensive network design tailored for public needs.
- Implementation of the designed fiber-optic, RF (wireless), network.
- Coordination with local regulations and standards.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in fiber-optic, a RF / Wireless and emerengent LEO satellite technology network design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Texas telecommunications regulations.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery.
