SonicWall TZ WAN-to-WAN VPN

I have a SonicWall TZ-Series firewall in place and need a working WAN-to-WAN VPN configured right away. The appliances at both ends are online and reachable; what’s missing is a clean, secure VPN tunnel that passes traffic without drops or asymmetric routing.

What I expect from you
• Build the VPN policy on the TZ unit, matching Phase 1 and Phase 2 proposals with the peer.
• Apply any necessary access rules and NAT policies so traffic is only wan to wan
• Fine-tune security settings (IKE, encryption, authentication) to align with SonicWall best practices.
• Validate connectivity with ping, traceroute, and real-world application tests.
• Hand over a brief, step-by-step document so I can replicate or edit the setup later.

Timeline
ASAP—once you’re ready I can open the change window and stay on standby for real-time testing.

Future scope
If this goes smoothly, I may ask for Capture Client assistance next, but today’s priority is getting the WAN-to-WAN tunnel live.
