Set up cisco vpn (anyconnect?) tunnel / static IP for 3 remote workers

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up a Cisco VPN tunnel using AnyConnect for 3 remote workers. The remote workers are using Windows operating systems and have no experience in setting up a VPN.

Requirements:
