Network Engineer Needed for Network Optimization and Security Enhancement Ubiquiti devices

I am looking for an experienced network engineer to assist in resolving several issues within my current network setup. My infrastructure includes Ubiquiti and Cisco equipment, and I need help with optimization, IP management, and security. Below are the key details of my network:
Current Setup:
• Router: Ubiquiti UDM Pro
• Switches: 5 Ubiquiti switches, 3 Cisco switches
• Access Points: 9 Ubiquiti APs
• VoIP System: UCM6308 with 10 Grandstream IP phones and 5 Grandstream SIP speakers
• Gateway: Yeastar TG400
• Servers: 2 servers running ERP
• Client Devices: 50 computers (static IPs) and various Wi-Fi devices
• Subnet: 192.168.168.1/255.255.252.0
• DNS Issue: Devices with static IPs can only use the internet when manually setting DNS to 8.8.8.8.
Problems to Address:
1. IP Conflict Resolution: Prevent multiple devices from using the same IP address on Wi-Fi (DHCP).
2. Wi-Fi Access Control: Limit Wi-Fi access and prevent unauthorized usage. Ideally, I need a solution that allows controlling who can connect to Wi-Fi.
3. Internet Access Control: Set up rules to control internet access for both wired and wireless devices.
4. Public IP Protection: Enhance security for the public IP and protect it from unauthorized access or external attacks.
5. DNS Configuration: Resolve the DNS issue for static IP devices so they can access both local resources and the internet seamlessly.

• Expertise in configuring Ubiquiti and Cisco devices
• Strong understanding of DHCP, static IP management, VLANs, and firewall rules
• Experience with access control mechanisms for both Wi-Fi and Ethernet networks
• Familiarity with network security best practices for protecting public IPs
• Ability to optimize the network for seamless local and internet connectivity
Deliverables:
• Detailed plan and implementation to resolve IP conflicts and optimize IP assignment
• Configuration changes to limit Wi-Fi access and set up access control policies
• Setup of internet access control rules for both wired and wireless devices
• Enhanced protection for the public IP
• Documentation of all configurations made
