Need a network engineer/ Network admin

Looking for a network engineer/admin with experience in managing a combination of wired and wireless network infrastructure for a medium-sized business. The primary goal of this project is to set up a dual ILL on our servers through switch/directly. The ideal candidate should have expertise in network optimization and security to ensure the network is secure and efficient. Experience in managing network complexity in a medium-sized business is a must.
