Mikrotik Router Configuration & IPSec Tunnels Setup

My Mikrotik Router is partially set up and needs an expert to finalize the configuration and establish secure connections.

Key Tasks:
- Make the router accessible for global connections from various computers
- Establish two IPSec tunnels from the Mikrotik Router to two separate Cisco Routers
- Implement static routes for about 20 hosts, ensuring all computers connected to the Mikrotik Router can access them

Current Status:
- The server hosting the Mikrotik Router is from NICWays, although alternative options can be considered if needed
- Basic configurations have been completed on the router
- I plan to authenticate remote connections using Pre-shared keys (PSKs)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Mikrotik Routers and Cisco Routers
- Strong knowledge of IPSec tunnel setup
- Proficient in creating and managing static routes
- Familiar with server configuration and remote accessibility
