Linksys Router Setup / Troubleshooting

I am in the process of moving my office one from room to another. I am trying to relocate my internet by adding a 75 foot ethernet cable between the modem and the router. With this setup, the WIFI is no longer working and several ports on the router no longer work. I need someone to assist me with troubleshooting and repairing this issue.
