LAN Network Administration Support or wan networks

My local network needs a steady, expert hand to keep it healthy and secure. I am specifically looking for someone whose day-to-day passion is إدارة الشبكات and who is completely comfortable working on الشبكات المحلية (LAN).
The engagement will revolve around supervising the existing switching and routing gear, tightening security policies, documenting configurations, and stepping in quickly when users report slow-downs or outages. Cisco-style CLI work, VLAN segmentation, basic Windows Server integration, and routine firmware upgrades are all part of the mix, so real-world experience in those areas will make the collaboration smooth.
Because my priority is long-term stability rather than a fixed schedule, I am flexible on how we structure the work—as long as the network remains stable and the documentation is always up to date.
Deliverables (to be submitted through the platform):
1. A current topology diagram and inventory list.
2. Hardened device configurations, backed up off-box.
3. A concise monthly health and incident report.
I will consider the job complete when all three items have been provided and the LAN has run for 30 consecutive days without a critical alert. If you thrive on proactive maintenance and clear results, I look forward to working with you.
