LAN Issue in the network switches -- 3

Hi Everyone,
I have four catalyst Cisco switches which were configured yesterday according to a specific standard.
And two none catalyst switches ( NETGEAR 48-Ports and SG220-26Ports).
The issue is the none catalyst switches are unable to communicate with the Cisco switches. I'm presuming this is due to the VLAN configuration on the cisco switches.

Can anyone have a remote session and sort out the issue?
