Juniper LNS / l2tp configuration

We need an expert in Juniper LNS / L2TP configuration . The basic set up is complete and the Juniper MX960 is fully connected to the IP networks, it is just the creation of the tunnels that is not completing fully.

If you do not FULLY understand about LNS configuration, then please do not bid on this project.
