We are in search of a dedicated and experienced professional to provide smart-hands support for our diverse IT infrastructure, which includes Dell, HPE, IBM, Cisco, Juniper, and NetApp systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware replacements: Primarily hard drives, DIMM, and PSU
- Troubleshooting: Addressing issues promptly and efficiently
- Performance Monitoring: Ensuring optimal operation of our server and storage systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive and reliable with a strong understanding of server and storage technologies
- Experience with brands including Dell, HPE, IBM, Cisco, and Juniper
- Skilled in replacing hard drives, memory modules, and power supplies
- Passionate about technology and adept at problem-solving.
