Having issues with cisco catalyst setup

Hi im having issues with a cisci catalyst 3850 with active passive setup with 8 florr switches
Looks like an issue with the management vlan which cant be contacted over ping to other devices
My esxi host is on there and it is showing offline when internet connection is working
