I am looking for a professional service provider to handle our Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) and basic Network Support. The specific systems that require regular maintenance include our IT hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT hardware maintenance
- Proficient in software applications support
- Skilled in network infrastructure upkeep
- Able to provide basic troubleshooting for network issues
Please note that this role does not require advanced configuration or 24/7 monitoring and maintenance. However, basic troubleshooting support for our network is necessary.
