Free diameter and Cisco router configuration

I am looking for a freelancer to complete a Free Diameter and Cisco router configuration project. The purpose of the project is to implement the Diameter protocol for an ISP AAA system. I am open to suggestions as to the specifics of the project and am not set on any particular requirements or preferences. I do have a timeline, but it is flexible with more than 8 weeks for completion. I am looking for a freelancer with experience and expertise in configuring these systems for a successful deployment, and who can stay on a deadline and within a budget.
